Megan is the Executive Assistant at New Inclusion and works closely with the Founder of the consultancy. Megan is responsible for the Executive Office, which maintains strategic oversight of the various business brands, programme scheduling, new business development and delivering against priorities and client projects. Megan holds certifications in Recruitment Law and Business Administration with over 10 years of experience across various sectors and specialisations, including Recruitment and the Arts. She firmly believes in the importance of lifelong learning and supports personal and professional development. Megan is currently studying Mental Health and Wellbeing, vital to creating happier, more engaged, resilient workplaces. Megan values positive workplace cultures and role models fairness, equality, and care for people through her strong work ethic, versatility, and flexibility. Megan welcomed her daughter in August 2019, just before the pandemic. Through this incredible blessing, she understands the importance of family, work-life balance, and the value of creating a world filled with love and kindness. Megan is based in London.
