The content is all driven from up to date research as well as tried and tested models.
Our 3, 6 or 12 month programme embeds change towards more inclusive behaviours. It provides an inclusion journey for each individual to utilise a pace of learning that allows for a calendar of sessions. It starts with framing inclusion goals and works towards an end-goal of committing to an action plan for delivering change. Workshops/Webinars are designed and facilitated to deliver useful content explaining inherent vs acquired diversity, utilising case studies, scenario-based learning, reference to recent research and handouts. All of this can be delivered face to face or through virtual facilitation.
