Sofia Beale

Sofia Beale is a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant. After graduating from the LSE and subsequently completing a law conversion course, Sofia began her career at S&P Capital IQ in their graduate Client Support role. She was soon promoted into Account Management and responsible for looking after key business clients, such a bulge bracket banks and large consultancy firms.

Sofia subsequently took on roles as Head of Account Management for a large food production company and Relationship Manager for a scale up in the regulatory technology space.

Throughout her career, Sofia has developed an overwhelming passion for Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace which was shaped by what she witnessed in the different industries and her own experience.

Shortly before the pandemic, Sofia left her job to focus on D&I full time. She completed various courses, including the TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Equality and Diversity. Sofia is particularly interested in the experience of parents returning to work and the mental health implications. Alongside her D&I consultant role, Sofia is also studying for a Masters in Psychology and is the Chair of Dementia Prevention UK.
