Rebecca Westaway
Rebecca is a D&I Coordinator. She helps develop bespoke content for New Inclusion and The Privilege Project and supports the team with research and surveys. Rebecca is also involved in organising various virtual events for our D&I programming for clients,
She has a background in International Human Resources with over two decades of corporate experience in the financial services industry. Working primarily in Expatriation Management, Rebecca is highly skilled in working with and communicating across multicultural teams and diverse cultures. Rebecca studied business and finance and holds a level 5 diploma in Human Resources Management. Rebecca is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and served as a volunteer committee member for over six years, helping to provide learning opportunities and build communities of practice in and around the Manchester area. She built a solid digital communications strategy and implemented evidence-based approach event management helping to inform annual business planning.
Rebecca is of Anglo-Irish descent. She lived and worked in Paris, France, for over 20 years before relocating to Athens, Greece for five years. In both locations, Rebecca studied the language and culture. She is fluent in French and has a good understanding of Modern Greek. Rebecca is now based back home in Manchester, England.
