  • I want my team to attend the sessions. Do you offer a discount for group bookings?
    We don’t offer a discount of group bookings. However, we run bespoke versions of this virtual conference internally for organisations. If you would like to explore this option, do get in touch with us.
  • Is this session live for only one day or can I come back at a later stage to view content?
    The conference has a pre-recorded track and a live track. As soon as you purchase your ticket you can access all of the pre-recorded content at any time. The live session will run on 10th July. The live webinar content will be available to view on-demand 24 hours afterwards and will be accessible via the app for 3 months.
  • How long will I have access to pre-recorded sessions and materials?
    Your access to pre-recorded and live content will be available until 3 months after the live event, i.e. 10th October 2020.

  • Do you have any guidance on how I can influence my team to attend the sessions?
    The workplace is becoming increasingly virtual, which has been intensified by COVID-19 and recent movements that need attention and action. As a result, leaders within an organisation must be given the tools and resources to manage this ever-changing environment, and inclusion is very much part of this. That’s why we have launched the Virtual Inclusion Conference 2020 (VIC2020). These sessions will help you and your team make sense of this current situation and how best to prepare and adapt for right now, and for whatever may come next.
  • How often do you run this virtual conference? Is this a one-time only event?
    We will be holding Virtual Inclusion Conferences several times a year. These will be ticketed and open to anyone. However, we run similar events and conference in-house for organisations that are a more customised experience. Get in touch if you would be interested in scheduling a New Inclusion conference or virtual leadership programme for your business.
  • Will there be an opportunity to network and connect with other attendees?
    Absolutely! One of the best features is the ability to network, connect, create discussion boards and build your virtual network besides attend the virtual conference and access all of the sessions and materials. You have full control on your profile and privacy options. In order to interact and see others, you do need to be visible on the app. So if you’re keen on networking, this is the event!
  • Some of the sessions were particularly useful for the work I do. Are you able to run those for our business internally?

    Your app access is linked to your email address. You will need to check with your company first about keeping access though you may need to amend your email address. For app access, just contact us and we will provide you the best support for your situation. .
