@edmixtapestudio This is a difficult issue for many families now. We understood that when we wrote the song, but hope that the message of “family” is what comes through. Maybe we don’t have a mother or a father or a sister or a grandma, but we love those we do have, and they love us. That’s what we want children to know.

I’m wondering what can we do to help procede the song better in a class in which some of the students live in single-parent families. I guess it makes them feel sad about their diffrence.
